一、变革前 --- 密云不雨,蓄势待发

东莞市贝舒防护科技有限公司,成立于2016年,位于东莞市常平镇,专业研发、生产、销售安全防护用品。拥有专业的研发人员和经验丰富的现场管理人员,与多家大品牌企业合作,精心为客户量身订制、开发各式专业安全防护产品。为香港长欣荣电子有限公司大陆生产基地。

贝舒公司专业设计与生产各种款式安全防护用品:头盔、面罩、耳罩、耳机等。拥有裁剪、缝制、高周波、电压、包装等多条流水生产作业系统,月产量达12万多件,自主研制了一整套完整的专业测试设备:如音频测试仪、扩张寿命试验机、夹力试验机、麦克风电流试验机等。公司在生产实力和技术革新方面获得了市场的高度认可,客户遍及美州、澳洲、欧洲等多个国家和地区。

择善者从之,不善者改之”。公司创始人黄总重视管理提升,自2018年3月以来,贝舒公司进行了一系列变革:

组织架构变革:

重新规划公司组织架构,梳理各部门岗位职责、职能等。

文件系统变革:

对公司原有文件系统,依公司实际运行状况全面重新修订、完善。如工作流程简化、作业标准制定与完善、设计开发流程梳理、表单系统完善等等;

现场5S变革:

针对各车间区域、仓库等场所,依精益生产原则进行重新规划、标识,实行目视化,规范化,定置化管理。

加强管理培训:

针对各部门管理人员进行相应培训,如订单管理、仓库管理,生产管理等,并将各管理流程具体执行到位

绩效考核机制:

建立初步绩效考核机制:对各岗位定指标定目标,定期评比,奖励先进个人及团体,定期公布。

企业文化建设:

总经理主持早会与周会,总结工作得失,布置下一轮任务

   Dongguan Beishu Protection Technology Co., Ltd., founded in 2016, is located in Changping Town, Dongguan City, specializing in research and development, production and sales of safety protection products. Having professional R&D personnel and experienced on-site management personnel, and cooperating with many Big Brand Enterprises, Beishu company customizes and develops various professional safety protection products for customers. It is the mainland production base of Hong Kong Long Prosper Electronics Co., Ltd.

 Beishu company specializes in the design and production of various styles of safety protective products: helmets, masks, earmuffs, headphones, etc. It has many production systems, such as cutting, sewing, high-frequency equipment, hot pressing, packaging and so on. Its monthly output is more than 120,000 pieces.
